As a mother of young children, she understands the challenges of modern day life and juggling a demanding job. She believes in delivering ethical dentistry, helping others become better leader and having more fulfilled careers.
With two decades of dental expertise, Dr. Shabnam Zai stands as a distinguished dentist, practice owner, and mentor specialising in squat dental practices. Her journey spans roles in the NHS, hospital environments, and 9 years on Wimpole Street before establishing her successful squat dental practice in Pinner, Northwest London. As a devoted mother, Dr. Zai intimately understands the intricacies of modern life, blending her professionalism with a compassionate perspective. She champions ethical dentistry, emphasising integrity and compassion in patient care, and is a mentor, guiding others to become better leaders and forge more fulfilled careers in the ever-evolving landscape of dentistry.
Dr Nikita is the Clinical Director and Co-Founder of West House Dental, bringing over 20 years of expertise in advanced restorative and aesthetic dentistry. Since qualifying from the University of Birmingham in 1999, she has pursued extensive training to refine her skills and deliver exceptional patient care.
Dr Nikita completed a two-year residency in Aesthetic Dentistry at UCLA under the guidance of the renowned Professor Edward McLaren, earning the top prize for Dental Excellence in Aesthetics. She further advanced her expertise by obtaining a Master’s degree in Restorative Dental Practice from the Eastman Dental Institute, a leading centre for dental excellence.
At West House Dental, Dr Nikita specialises in a comprehensive range of treatments, including aesthetic dentistry, smile makeovers, veneers, crowns, bridgework, composite bonding, tooth whitening, and minimally invasive techniques. Her approach is rooted in creating clear, patient-focused treatment plans that prioritise health, wellbeing, and confidence.
