Dr Janine Patel is a general dentist, facial aesthetics practitioner and nutritional advisor with a special interest in women’s health, healthy ageing and evidence-based nutrition. She combines her clinical experience with a passion for preventative health to help women understand how lifestyle and nutrition choices impact long-term wellbeing, appearance and energy levels. Her approach is practical and research-led, making wellbeing and nutrition accessible and relevant for busy women.
