Dr Anne O’Donnell qualified from Cork Dental School in 1984 and found her first position in an NHS practice in Surrey within a week. Two years later, she returned to Ireland, where she has worked ever since. Throughout her career, she has worked as an associate, started her own squat practice, helped build a new surgery within a medical centre, served as Clinical Director for the Smiles group, and worked within the public dental service. With extensive clinical and professional experience, Dr O’Donnell is now passionate about sharing her knowledge with younger colleagues.

Dr Paul Tipton

Professor Paul Tipton is an internationally recognised Specialist in Prosthodontics with over 36 years of private practice experience and the founder of Tipton Training, one of the UK’s leading private dental education academies, which has trained more than 5,000 dentists. A respected educator, lecturer and author of over 100 scientific articles, he has dedicated more than three decades to advancing postgraduate dental education. Professor Tipton is President of the British Academy of Restorative Dentistry (BARD), recipient of the Kimberley Finlayson Lifetime Achievement Award (2022), has been recognised among Dentistry’s Top 50 Dentists from 2022–2025, and was named one of the World’s Top 100 Doctors in 2021.

Dr Lobna Basheir Mohamed Al-Ghazal

Dr Lobna Alghazal is a highly accomplished Periodontist and Implant Specialist, Clinical Director of Keystone Periodontics in Ireland, and an experienced educator with a passion for excellence in patient care, teaching and mentorship. Holding specialist qualifications from Trinity College Dublin, the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland and the European Federation of Periodontology, she combines advanced clinical expertise with a patient-centred approach to periodontal and implant dentistry. Alongside leading her specialist practice, Dr Alghazal has extensive experience supervising and mentoring dental students, and is recognised for her commitment to evidence-based dentistry, multidisciplinary collaboration and empowering the next generation of clinicians through education and professional development.

Dr Eileen Forrestal

Dr Eileen Forrestal (MB BCh BaO FFARCSI) is a retired Consultant Anaesthetist, author, speaker, wellbeing coach and co-founder of Get Up and Go Publications Ltd. Drawing on her medical expertise and personal journey, she helps women leaders build confidence, find their voice and prevent burnout through authentic self-expression. Eileen is the author of The Courage To Shine and Embrace the Edge, writes a wellbeing leadership newsletter on LinkedIn, and is recognised as a Thought Leader on Wellbeing by the All-Ireland Business Foundation. Her passion for courage and personal growth is reflected in both her professional work and her adventurous pursuits, including climbing Kilimanjaro and trekking to Everest Base Camp.
