Leanne Branton graduated from Glasgow in 2003 and went on to establish Southside Dental Care in Edinburgh. An experienced implant dentist, she has been placing implants for over 10 years and has completed advanced postgraduate training in Implant and Digital Dentistry. Her practice uses cutting-edge digital technology to deliver accurate, predictable implant care with high patient satisfaction.

Leanne will share her journey as a female Key Opinion Leader in dentistry, reflecting on overcoming self-doubt and fear of public speaking. By stepping outside her comfort zone, she transformed her confidence, accelerated her career, and now uses her voice to educate, lead, and inspire others in the profession.

Sehar Shahid is an award-winning pharmacist prescriber, entrepreneur, healthcare leader and founder of 24HR Pharmacy and Dose of Empowerment, a community dedicated to supporting and inspiring ambitious women in healthcare. Alongside leading successful healthcare businesses, she provides consultancy services to healthcare organisations, serves as an elected Board Director for Scotland at the National Pharmacy Association, and is a passionate advocate for innovation, entrepreneurship and female leadership. A regular speaker, media contributor and educator, Sehar draws on her experience of building businesses and balancing entrepreneurship with family life to inspire others to think bigger, embrace opportunities and achieve their full potential.

The Menopause Coach was founded by Adele Johnston, an award-winning menopause expert, psychologist, and certified specialist in positive psychology and nutrition. Following her own experience with early perimenopause, Adele created a global platform dedicated to supporting women through menopause, improving workplace wellbeing, and training the next generation of Menopause Support Coaches. Combining professional expertise with lived experience, Adele empowers women to navigate this life stage with confidence and embrace it as a positive new chapter.

Dr Devinia ‘Coco’ Lavan Iswaran

Dr Devinia is a prominent London-based cosmetic dentist, educator, inspirational speaker and life coach with over 30 years of experience in dentistry. A graduate of Barts and The Royal London School of Medicine and Dentistry, she leads a happiness-centred practice specialising in cosmetic dentistry, Invisalign and facial aesthetics. Alongside her clinical work, she is passionate about mentoring and empowering women and young dental professionals, championing mental wellbeing through supportive communities for female dentists. A qualified Zumba and Strong Nation instructor, she is a strong advocate for health, wellbeing and giving back, bringing warmth, positivity and a genuine commitment to helping others thrive.

Kenny McKay

From a diverse background across business and sport, Kenny brings a wealth of client experience to the financial planning process. Working alongside his clients, he creates tailored strategies that support each individual’s short and long-term aspirations. As changes to Inheritance Tax affect more individuals across the UK, Kenny is focused on delivering sound financial planning that offers a solution to these questions.

Siobhan Walsh

Siobhan joined TDS in April 2022 as a member of the in-house legal team and became Senior Adviser in October 2024. A Solicitor, Siobhan has over a decade of experience defending Dentists and Medics, both for an Indemnifier and panel firm of Solicitors. She is therefore accustomed to providing risk management advice at every stage of a matter, from initial complaint to formally defending a claim. Family ties have provided a background of knowledge of dentistry, meaning that she is sensitive to the specific challenges faced by Dentists.

In addition to practice, Siobhan has lectured in Law at multiple Universities for several years and holds Visiting Lecturer positions at several institutions.
