Amanda Hudson

Since qualifying as a dental nurse in 1987, Amanda has built extensive experience across various roles in the dental industry, working in hospitals, the NHS, and the private sector, while maintaining her professional registration. Her career has seen her serve as a CQC Registered Manager, where she also provided training to registered managers in the corporate sector.

In 2013, she transitioned into a compliance-focused role, joining a small dental group and successfully establishing over 20 squat practices. Her in-depth understanding of regulatory requirements was further strengthened by her work with the CQC, giving her valuable insight into the registration process. Impressively, she has maintained a 100% success rate in passing inspections and setting up new practices.

In April 2020, she became self-employed as a Compliance Consultant, offering her expertise to clients in need of comprehensive support and training in all areas of compliance. This role has allowed her to work closely with dental professionals, providing tailored guidance to ensure full regulatory compliance and success in inspections.
