Christina Radics qualified as a dentist in Sweden and began her career in clinical dentistry, later becoming a dental clinic owner. Now based in Spain for over 21 years, her professional journey has evolved from hands-on dentistry into leadership, coaching, and speaking within the dental profession.

Through her own experience of high performance, leadership responsibility, and burnout, Christina developed a deep interest in the human side of dentistry — wellbeing, purpose, and sustainable careers. Today, she works internationally supporting dentists, teams, and leaders to create healthier and more fulfilling ways of working.

With a background spanning clinical dentistry, practice ownership, leadership development, and creative work, Christina brings a broad international perspective. As International / Overseas Ambassador on the board of The Female Dentist, she is passionate about supporting not only young dentists, but female dentists and colleagues at all stages of their careers.
