Patrycja Galonzka is an award winning dental business manager and practice leader based in Warwick. With over 11 years in dentistry, she has progressed from trainee dental nurse to leading teams across NHS and private settings.

She is the Business Manager at Aspire Smiles, an award winning private squat practice in Warwick, where she supported the practice from opening and helped lead its growth through a premium patient journey, high standards, and modern, system led operations. Patrycja is the financial lead, HR lead, and compliance lead, balancing performance and governance with a calm, people first approach that protects both results and wellbeing.

Her expertise sits at the intersection of leadership, compliance, and modern operations, with a clear focus on building profitable, sustainable practices without compromising standards or culture. Patrycja is GDC registered, holds a Level 4 Diploma in Dental Management and a Level 5 CQC Registered Manager qualification, is IV sedation trained, and has completed blended learning teaching training. She is known for turning expectations into clear standards, building simple systems teams can actually follow, and developing confident, accountable leaders at every level.

Alongside practice leadership and business management, Patrycja is developing CESAR, a practical, five pillar, system led framework that helps healthcare teams embed CQC Well-led principles through culture, clear systems, and measurable habits. She also champions the responsible, safe use of digital tools and AI, helping practices modernise without compromising professionalism, patient trust, or governance.

She is also a published contributor to BDJ Team, Dentistry.co.uk, and the Dental Nursing Journal, writing practical leadership and operations content for the profession.
