With over 14 years of experience across all sectors of dentistry, I have built a career dedicated to clinical excellence, leadership, and supporting others in the profession. My journey has taken me from serving on a naval ship to community dentistry and private practice, giving me a unique perspective on the importance of accessible, compassionate care.

As a proud Ambassador for Dentaid, I am passionate about widening access to oral healthcare and making a difference in the lives of vulnerable communities. I was also honoured to be a finalist in Ms Great Britain — a platform that celebrates not only achievement but also the power of women to inspire and lead.

I believe in the power of positivity, in creating smiles both inside and outside the dental chair, and in encouraging others to see challenges as opportunities to grow. This philosophy guides my work in women’s oral health and mentoring within dentistry, where I aim to empower colleagues to build confidence and thrive in their careers.

Beyond my professional life, I am an avid ultra-runner finding energy, focus, and resilience through endurance challenges and inspiring others to embrace an active lifestyle. I also enjoy spending time with my rescue dog, who keeps life joyful, grounded, and full of laughter. Whether on the trails, at home, or in the surgery, I bring the same determination, optimism, and drive to everything I do.
