1. Membership Eligibility

Membership is open to female dental practitioners who meet the criteria set forth by The Female Dentist. Prospective members must complete the application process and be approved by the organization’s membership committee.

2. Membership Benefits

Members are entitled to various benefits, including but not limited to:

3. Membership Fees

Members are required to pay annual membership fees as determined by The Female Dentist. Fees are subject to change, and members will be notified in advance of any adjustments. All fees are non-refundable.

4. Term and Termination

Membership is valid for a period of one year from the date of acceptance and is subject to renewal upon payment of the annual fee. Members may terminate their membership by providing written notice to The Female Dentist. The organization reserves the right to terminate membership for violations of these Terms and Conditions or any conduct deemed detrimental to the organization.

5. Member Obligations

Members agree to:

  • Maintain professional conduct in all interactions related to the organization.
  • Keep their contact information up to date with the organization’s administration.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Female Dentist is not liable for any personal or professional outcomes resulting from the use of membership benefits. Members participate in programs and utilize resources at their own discretion and risk.

7. Amendments

The Female Dentist reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes and continued membership constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
