Fiona is a highly accomplished leader in dental nursing and education. She is the Executive Director of the Society of British Dental Nurses, a founder of multiple national and international groups, and a key figure in promoting mental health and patient safety in dentistry. Fiona lectures at Bangor University, serves in various academic and regulatory roles, and is a trustee for Dentaid. With a doctorate in progress, a master’s in education, and multiple postgraduate qualifications, her work focuses on professional identity, equity, and psychological safety within the dental profession.
